“Janine at this store seems to be holding the shop down all on her own sometimes. From taking care of the lottery people who speak an entirely different language I will never understand, to cash outs, stocking AND security all while six people are in the line and all pumps are full on this hot as heck day. Man Speedway! Please take care of your employee like our neighbor Janine takes care of us.”

“Open early and late. Never been turned away. They take extra precautions to make sure your cash does not blow away. Even though they are just a little room, they offer car accessories and even smokes. Staff is always friendly and helpful!”

“It is one of the few places in the area where you can purchase ethanol free fuel, which is great for lawn and garden equipment. Otherwise, it isn't the best gas station in the area it isn't bad, just not as good as some of the others.”
“Stopped to use the air machine. It's in a bad location, there's a inclined that you have to park on and you need to be on a flat level surface to put air in your tires. But if you're in a pinch it will work.”

“We went to this galonera on January 1st. It was open. We filled up with gas and bought takeout at the seven eleven next door. We took the opportunity to take photos in the snow that gathered on snow days.”
“Sun-yoko is when Ms Ono decides to get a tan and lays out in Central Park thinking about John and missing him, as we all do, but she does more. This gas station is special to me. It was on the corner where I used to work (kind of) and used to live (nearby), and it featured prominently in a major incident. I was involved in a car crash last time my mother was here... I wasn't driving. My mother will be visiting this summer for the first time since this crash actually. We had a couple of people in the back of the car who were riding in, basically, the SUV trunk, illegally. Thankfully they weren't injured, but the cops were coming, so they had to hide out somewhere and it was midwinter and way below freezing. This gas station allowed the 2 in the trunk to hide out until the cops came and went, and we appreciated that because all kinds of people could have gotten in all kinds of trouble otherwise. And no I'm not worried about Yelp snitches... do whatever you want and I hope it helps you sleep at night knowing what kind of crap you reap on other people. :) But thank you to the wonderful employees here for helping us out, and even though your gas is usually too expensive as is your convenient store, you get a solid 4 for that. This gas station, though, is usually way too busy. Like my gf's thingy.”
