“This location was not even on the Yelp app , which I was completely surprised by. I had to come to this location because I have been searching everywhere for "Toblerones" and no one has them, but this Dollar General. Not the size I wanted, but the minion's will be good enough. Inside isn't as updated as all the other ones. It seems like whatever store was there before, they just left the old flooring & layout the same. The employee was very helpful though, because I could not find the candy bars & she directed me right to them. I would not normally come to this store, but if they're the only ones who have what I'm looking for, I'm there !!! It was quite busy too,which seemed like with "Regulars." It's a bit crowded as well with all shelves so close to each other, which means the closer you have to get to people, so make sure u wear a mask in here, which they did not enforce.”

“i’d love to directly thank cheyenne - and just incase you have multiple - the sweet girl with the glasses who tolerated me speed-skating around the store in my slippers and even OUT the store after my ADHD lost my phone (in my groceries, i didnt feel it when i set it down because it was in the same hand as another product, weird how that works right?) and was genuinely kind enough to act like i wasn’t crazy afterwards. my heart goes out to her and also the manager who helped me with my cat treats as i literally couldnt bend over with all the drpepper in my hands”

“This is my go-to store for the basics like milk, orange juice, medicine (allergy or headache) and the like. Obviously they don't have the selection of Wegman's or Tops, but that's not what this type of store is designed to provide. I also get cheap cleaning stuff here. No need to spend more than a dollar or two for bleach. They also stay open until 10pm.”

“This Tops Market, at 150 Niagara St. in Tonawanda, is on a par with every other Tops I've shopped in Western NY. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restroom stank, and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working, nor was one of the soap dispensers. But considering the efforts going into sanitizing the store as much as possible and keeping customers safe, I can't fault anyone. These are not normal times. And like many essential businesses that remain open during this quarantine, they are short-staffed. At one entrance to the store, an employee wipes down shopping carts with disinfectant, completely. At the other entrance are clean carts, for anyone not wanting to wait for a sanitized cart to dry. Or, as in most stores, you can help yourself to disinfectant wipes for carts and hands, which is great for the cart I wheeled in from the parking lot. I like this Tops. It's small enough to be personal, and large enough to be... Tops Market.”
