“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

“I purchased a New Queen Mattress and Box spring Thursday morning. The owner Tone was very accommodating and professional. Delivery was between 12-2 not a bad timeframe at all. It arrived at 113& Tone called to inform me my delivery was outside my bldg. His employees/ delivery team was very compassionate to my bad back and loaded my purchase on my elevator... “I absolutely love this store. It's packed with lots of local hand made items, as well as unique food items. Bought a very nice table and chair set for my kitchen here. Great for gift shopping or to find one of a kind decor or furniture for your home. They've got fresh flowers too and I couldn't believe how much lower their flower prices are compared to other florists. I bought flowers for my wife that were beautiful and lasted twice as long as I thought they were going to. Also bought some Amish popcorn here and was blown away by the taste!. I'll be buying more in the near future!. I would highly recommend this store!”
