“Ms. Laythanette was very helpful and accommodating. There was a issue with my papers and she went the extra mile and got the job done. I’m so pleased with her service. Definitely would recommend this service.”

“I was treated at the Williamsville, NY location. There was no wait to be treated. I loved Lisa, the nurse who treated me, and the PA, Dr. Sergio, was wonderful. I was diagnosed, prescribed the necessary medications to treat my diagnosis, and Dr. Sergio explained my diagnosis and the medications he prescribed. I will definitely visit this location again if the need arises. Very pleasant experience, especially considering how sick I felt!”

“I was just there for blood labs on 9/10/2023 and the tech was Molly. She was awesome, I never felt the syringe go in or her drawing the blood. Plus she was so professional, courteous, yet had a wonderful sense of humor ! I'll have no problem going back there as I checked in online and was taken into the back right at my appointment time !!”

“I'm so grateful my daughter's pediatricians partnered with KSL Diagnostics. We've been to several different locations and they've always been kind, courteous, and as gentle and patient with my daughter as they could be. The last time we went, the medical professional administering my daughter's test gave her a lollipop. I thought the was a nice touch and it certainly excited my daughter. I always get her test results within 24 hours or less. I've called a couple of times with questions (not about test results) and they always answer, and are professional and informative. One time, we went to the Youngs Road location and it was so packed that they had to direct people to other locations -- of which there are many -- or ask them to come back in a half an hour. The parking attendant was so nice about the whole thing. He genuinely did not want to turn anyone away. But, there were so many people, the line was going out into the street. (This was during one of the higher case levels, and when all kids displaying any COVID symptoms needed a negative test to return to school.) The parking attendant took the time to explain what was going on, how it also affected the other tenants of the building. It was no problem. We went to a different location. I only wish that they accepted my insurance, too. I'm glad it's easy for my daughter, though. If you're covered, absolutely, go there.”

“Stephanie went above and beyond what I expected. My first time ever going to a quest location so I was SUPER scared to get bloodwork done needles TERRIFY me, she walked me through the entire process, talked to me while it was being done and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Love her decor in her room too! Thanks again <3”

“I put off getting blood work done as long as I can because I NEED my coffee to even think about starting the day. So I went as a walk-in on a Saturday hoping I wouldn't have to wait long. Must have been my lucky day because I only had to wait about 20 minutes and was called back. My plebotamist was Jill and she's so skilled I hardly felt the needle. Best experience I've had getting blood drawn. Thanks Barb Ensminger”

“Amazing experience! Didn't have an appointment but was still seen within 5 min of arriving (although this definitely depends on how busy they are at the time). I recommend coming in the morning (around 7 am) when they are less busy if you are a walk in. Phlebotomist was amazing at her job and got my vein the first time (I have tricky veins). Was also very pleasant and nice!”

“I had a really good experience here- I had to come in to get some labs done before a doctor’s appointment. I lucked out and found an appointment over my lunch from work. I got there maybe 10 minutes early, and got called back maybe 5 minutes late? Cassandra was the phlebotomist who took my blood, and she was super nice, very professional, and worked quickly and painlessly. Great visit, I’d absolutely go back to this location.”

“This morning was an early one- my appointment was for 5:40am and to my surprise there were already 1/2 doz people in there, luckily I had the appointment through the app. The app was easy to navigate and even sent me reminders that I had to fast - they also sent me a mobile check in code if I wanted to stay in the car and wait - I was also given a QR code to scan for an easier check in. This office was clean, neat and organized. The gal who took my blood was good, I mean REAL GOOD. My veins are not easy to find - ohhhh, she found it and I couldn't have been happier. Usually it's an ordeal that I hate . She was a very caring and empathetic person that really seems to like her job. That right there tells you a lot. I would not hesitate to go back to this location.”
