“My first visit to Cleveland-Hill referred by a friend. My air conditioning was not working. Dealership wanted to charge me $4.200 to repair it. Andy and Tucker took great care of me it cost $343.00 imagine that. It works perfectly. They provided an Uber to come to shop to pick up my vehicle. They were professional in every aspect of this endeavor. I can’t wait to tell my family and friends to make sure they go to Cleveland-Hill.”
“I have been going here for a couple years now ever since I got my new car. They are reasonably priced for a first come first serve shop. Mostly just get oil changes and smaller stuff done here but have heard some people getting more major jobs done here as well. Wait times aren’t bad either. Recently all dealerships systems had been hacked making it more difficult to do paperwork and write ups, even w this annoying issue I was outta there in about an hour and a half for an oil change, spark plugs, manual transmission fluid flush and coolant flush.”

“Been going to Mike for over 8 years. The reason for the loyalty is simple. One repair, I fully believed I needed new brakes. Budgeted for it in my head and I even said to Mike, "I think I need a brake job". I dropped the car off in the morning and got a call shortly after thinking it was Mike telling me how much it would be. Nope, it was Mike telling me I could pick my car up, he just needed to remove a bunch of surface rust. I won't go to anyone else.”

“I had another nice experience at Valvoline at NFB@ Willow Ridge. They communicate everything as they are doing and it always ask before they open the car door to scan your vehicle info. They're never pushy and they've even told me previously, when I didn't need a tire rotation, as I usually do both at the same time. I appreciate them not trying to push for extra services that I don't need yet. Money saved is money I will spend later, when my tires do need rotating, at places I trust, like Valvoline. Thanks for great honest customer service!”
