Quest Diagnostics offers COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment, with face coverings required. This location provides a variety of services including routine lab tests, drug screens for DOT and non-DOT, pediatric specialty, and glucose tolerance tests. It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, located near the Delaware entrance to the 290. Patients report that the phlebotomists are wonderful, describing them as friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and pain-free. The office is noted as being very clean. Making an appointment leads to basically no wait time, contributing to an overall great experience. However, the sign-in process is criticized as ridiculously repetitive and arduous, even after using the app or online system, often requiring information to be re-entered at the kiosk and by the technician. Despite this, many find the location to be much better than another nearby office.
I have been a frequent visitor to this Quest location and my experience has always been good. The staff are very professional, prompt and friendly.

Signing with the app is not a good idea. You have to use the terminal at the site. If you use the app, you find that you have to do everything over when you get to the site and use the terminal
