The rep, Nasim, was very helpful and professional. The phone prices here are cheaper than Metro, and the service was great. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at Total Wireless in Tonawanda.

I have been there and really appreciate the representative (Atul )who has helped me to activate the new plan and Phone. I entered in store 10 minutes before but he was stilling late till all activation done. Thanks to Atul for all help. He has offered me the plan with phone which i was not aware and he explained in detail.
