“I am a pharmacy technician, and I adore my white cross vibe scrubs. When it came time to replace them, I decided to go back to scrubs and beyond on NFB based on previous positive experiences. I am very happy I did! Melanie was so helpful trying to find my size (2x), and when we were unsuccessful she pulled a bunch of pairs from other brands and brought them right to my fitting room. She was so thoughtful, checking in every now and then as I tried everything on. I gave all the pairs a couple tries, but nothing worked for me. I am very picky about my clothes, as my body type is tricky to fit and I have some sensory issues. I am sure that the vast majority of people in my position would have found something perfect. When nothing fit, Melanie was kind enough to check if any other stores would have them in stock. The store was well-lit and very clean. The vibe was fun and welcoming, which I don’t think one would expect from a scrubs store! I will definitely be coming back in the future, and I highly recommend any healthcare professional looking for scrubs come here!”

“I recently visited O'Connell's to buy a suit for an upcoming wedding and Ethan was a delight to work with throughout the process. As a larger gentleman, it is oftentimes difficult to find clothes that fit me well especially dress clothes. I usually end up hiking my pants up all evening, but the suit Ethan altered for me fit like a glove. I have never been so comfortable in dress clothes that I almost forgot I was wearing a tie for most of the evening. I would definitely recommend them for a visit if you find yourself in between sizes. The quality and material of their clothes is also phenomenal in a world overtaken with polyester garbage.”

“HOT TOPIC -WALDEN GALLERIA Is one of a kind, not only are the staff accommodating and kind, they're honest and show integrity, how do I know something like that? Well simply looking at how they handle there Funkos is a huge indicator in their integrity, most stores receive there funkos and instantly look for the Chases, they then proceed to either Mark these funkos up by about $50.00 depending on which one it is, or the staff will put it on hold for themselves, never giving the customer a chance to recieve a Chase in store, I've gotten quite a few Chases from here, they are genuinely happy for the customer when that customer finds that Chase. Unfortunately there aren't many places left that hold true to how the Chase System is supposed to work. Hot Topic serves as a role model for other Funko Retailers. Here's one I got at 11:30am in Hot Topic. They're open at 10am so I couldn't believe it.”

“Amazing store and even more amazing customer service! I randomly stumbled upon this store yesterday and was beyond excited because I didn’t event know Boxlunch had a physical store. As I shopped around the entirety of the store I kept overhearing the amazing customer service coming from the young man from the register as they took care of each customer. They were so bubbly, welcoming, and accommodating. It was very refreshing to see such enthusiasm. I complimented their excellent customer service and to tell their manager I said so, turns out they were the manager lol. The other young lady on the floor was not only diligent but extremely helpful in obtaining a lord of the rings duffle bag from a super high shelf for me and also got me a brand new one from the back. The store was neatly organized and had a fantastic selection to choose from. I wish I had one of these stores near where I came from. Great experience 100/100.”
