“Tyler was incredibly helpful throughout my shopping experience. He went above and beyond to help me pick out gifts for my husband and even assisted me with my online order. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Excellent customer service—thank you, Tyler!”

“Nice clearance section, great customer service. Mike watched me walk in, touch almost everything in the store (I’m sensitive to textures so finding scrubs is hard), go to the fitting room about five times, and didn’t force small talk/customer service when I clearly didn’t want to talk (or make me feel uncomfortable). Absolutely coming back!”

“Lots to pick from! A little overly Buffalo Bills focused, and a little light on Sabres merchandise. But a good selection of Buffalo Bandits merchandise. I was able to get some locally sourced (not officially licensed) t-shirts there, which is what I was looking for. Pricing was fair. Service was friendly!”

“Jennifer was alone and it was very busy (great sales) but she was AMAZING. Very attentive to every customer, smiling, happy and so helpful! I've also been waited on by Jessica and that was a wonderful experience. Truly a great location, and always clean and organized.”

“The boot being closed Labor Day weekend is such a travesty. Traveled 8 hours to see it and the entire area was barricaded off for no apparent reason as there was no longer any active construction. Boot could’ve been made accessible to folks as it’s right by the door . Huge disappointment really really bummed out and won’t have the opportunity to come back”

“Love JC Penney! Always have. And they were good to me years ago when my charge card was stolen and charges incurred that were not mine. They took great care of me. Unlike Sears.”

“This location on main had better service than the one we visited yesterday on Delaware my daughter asked to try 3 things on the lady said no and walk away we asked the cashier and she said no with the explanation that the store closes in 20 mins and they want to clean up we were the only ones in the store I will never go back there again”

“What a lovely store! I've always shopped Athleta online, but it is helpful to have an actual store to try things on at. The store is nicely laid out and the sales associates were welcoming & friendly without being pushy. Shout out to Aria (cashier # 3624849 in case there's more than one Aria :), who helped me find exactly what I was looking for and ensured that my entire shopping experience was a very pleasant one. Thank you!”

“It was a good shopping experience and I found exactly what I was looking for which I had doubts about. It would have been better if they opened another cash register sooner but all in all it was okay”

“I only purchase pants, shorts, T-shirts & socks. The only issue I have is I need Petite, as being short..... The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line. That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”

“Needed something fast for a work event. Great selection. Sizes worked out for 80 percent of what I wanted. A little shorthanded as I had to seek out someone to open the fitting room for me.”
