In August 12, 2024 at about 7:45pm I was driving my 7 year old daughter to get ice cream we were driving down broadway in Watervliet when 1 of your drivers was backing out of a driveway in front of me making me almost T-bone him, I slammed on my breaks laid on my horn causing my daughters seatbelt to lock up and hurt her chest/neck area! He then pulled along side of me telling me “I didn’t have to be so angry” I told him he didn’t have to pull out not paying attention when I have a child in the car and that I would be calling his boss, but because it was 7:45pm and Aaron’s was closed he didn’t care!!!! He was in an Aaron’s Van, black with a little beard and glasses. He had another worker in the passenger seat kind of looked like a girl but I didn’t pay as much attention to them as they were not the drivers! He also almost caused the car behind me to rear end me causing that car to also lay on his horn! If you want to hire drivers please make sure they are not RECKLESS and a DANGER to the road! I will also be reporting this incident to corporate in the morning!

I’d give zero stars if I could. To be talked down to on the phone and belittled as a paying customer. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Ending my lease and never looking back.

if i could give -100 I would I ordered over a month ago which I understand new product takes longer I get it, but then they keep calling me to spend more money there when I still have not got the first items I ordered wayy over a month ago? then they tell you oh let me find out for you I will call you to give an update, and they never call you back!!!!!!!!!! Then you call a week later and they tell you WE DONT NOT HAVE TO CALL YOU???? IN A RUDE MANNER??!! YEA I would say very unprofessional, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE LADY LAST WEEK SAID SHE WOULD CALL MOST LIKELY THE SAME PERSON!! Very poor customer service.. I prolly go a little over board by calling the lady 1 name, but come on people I been waiting 1 and a half months for my purchase. Also was n told 3 weeks ago that we would have it by the 21st???? Then you call again and they put on hold, they hang up and act like you were disconnected, and SO THE SAME THING AGAIN when you call back!!! NEVER AGAIN I AM ALSO CANCELLING MY ORDER!!!! I also filed complaint with corp. and attorney general!!! I have had enough of not being treated properly or of a "valued customer"

No communication at all! Today is my delivery day I set 2 weeks ago and I get a message today telling me my beds did not arrive, now I'm trying to call as they requested and no one at this location can answer the phone! I have called consecutively 10x and it just rings. Calling RAC and doing business with them moving forward because these people at this location lack customer service skills. If I could give negative stars I would, I had to wait a whole month to have a couch delivered from this location so my experiences have been poor with this store.

They just delivered a refrigerator next door and ripped the power off my house and left not telling anyone. When they saw me pulling into my driveway they took off. Not something a reputable company would do. When I called Aaron's told me that I had to fix it. Your company is irresponsible and criminal.I will be in touch with whomever is in charge of this. I will call everyone including The Better Business Bureau, congressman and the owners of Aaron's. Do nodo business with these scam artist.

You know the people here are OK. I don't like the fact that they call you and message you and text you and email you the day of your due date to pay your bill and the. Furniture is made so cheap like literally you could have it a month and it looks like you had it for years. I have exchanged my furniture probably 4 or 5 times because of the same reason. You sit on it for a couple of weeks. The cushions are flat. It looks like it's all worn not recommend anybody to go to the errands for anything cause. It's just well I can't say anything don't go here for furniture that's for sure

Ive always rented from Aarons in troy. I think the people r nice n things r ok with the delivery people. My problem is i got a tv from them that acted up days later. Im not sure if it was heat or where they stored it but i took it off my stand n put it up no one touched it then they say it was impact points which wasnt true n now i still gotta pay for the thing when i cant use it. The so called cracks were inside the tv screen not outside. It cant be impact cracks its gotta be something else as i said it was a heat wave n i think that had something to do with it. Otherwise i find Aarons a good place. I just wish even for impact they had some way to deal with those kinds of problem's. Im very low income n it seems unresonable to have to pay for something i cant use n have to throw away.
