Everything is locked up, and staff is slow or seems inconvenienced. Go to Lowes/Home Depot, any where else. Such a slide since Pfeil.

Helpful, friendly staff...certainly more than can be said about most big-box home improvement stores. I also found their prices to be reasonable.

Absolute greed $3.99 to make a copy of a key one block up, which is a locksmith. It’s only 249 Ace Hardware/Hallmark store is a joke.

Cute store. But the service is slow. The last straw is trying to find parking. Called ahead and store employees told me to park in the lot behind the store. It took 10 minutes and 2 around the block drives to realize it is nowhere to be found. Turns out parking lot is down the street with a Bank of America sign.

Poor service, no attempt to help me find what I was looking for.I was informed that they have the smallest quantity of inventory out of all locations so whatever they had was all that they had.I get wanting to end your shift and close the store but someone could have at least checked if what I was looking for was located somewhere within the store, or maybe at another location.

This hardware store has everything. Everyone working inside the store was very friendly and very helpful. They also help support other local businesses. Stop by and pick out a unique Christmas gift for family and friends.

This company does a poor job keeping an accurate inventory on it's website. Twice I've driven there for an item that was supposedly "in stock", but then after getting there I found out that those items were not. Big waste of time and gas.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Within seconds of walking through the door I was helped and told exactly where to go. I had been to THREE other stores prior looking for the same item but every place was so unorganized no one could find it! I went here and they found it within minutes! The plumbing section was so well organized it was unbelievable. Everything had a place and yet again there was always someone available to help! I LOVE ace hardware.
