I never heard of this place until the day i saw a charge of $438 on my card that was still in my possession .don't know how they got my infos since i live thousands of miles away from them. Had to files a dispute with my bank.

Went here after having a bad experience with another shop nearby to get my laptop fixed. While they weren’t able to completely fix my issue due to the laptop being old, they did make some improvements to prolong its lifespan. I was able to get my laptop back within three days and their prices were fair

My email account was hacked. They were very patient with me,getting my accounts straightened. Their charges were more than fair considering how much time they took with me.

I was looking for help in setting up my new laptop. I called several places and then called AIT. In my opinion it was a very good service. Reasonable compared to others. The estimate was right on and the person doing the setup was more than good. I feel very comfortable recognizing AIT as a business I will use again.

I have used them for over 15 years. They have always treated me fairly and instead of buying from a box store with a toll free # I can just call them. Same day service most times.

They are the best. I had two corrupted SD cards and they were able to retrieve all of the material off both cards. I have been going to them for years. I am always frazzled and always need it done ASAP and they always accommodate me.

I contracted these guys to give me an insurance estimate after a power surge fried my hard drive. They charged me $50 upfront and never contacted me afterwards. They refused to refund my money and claimed they couldn't help me after all. These guys are scammers. Avoid them and go to ABI Computers a few blocks away on Hoosick.
