Went to store a couple weeks ago, talk to only worker in store about changing my plan, he gave me a quote for 3 phones 114 bucks, several people in line, he said he had my number and would text me info. Never text me so I went back today.
2 people working today, one person with customer another surfing the web or playing fruit ninja or something. Ask him about changing plan after he told me I couldn't do this and couldn't do that. Stated plan don't exist with 3 phone, I said it did. I pulled it up on app it was there, he said not in this store doesn't exist. Said maybe I should go to another store, he said go ahead.
This is the problem with retail, lazy employees, don't want to work. That's why kiosks in fast food and the online shopping thrives.
Not my fault lazy, shiftless people aren't making money. Blame this work ethic on government and everything else that going on today and since covid. Nation of worthless lazy people. 😪
Update: I changed my plan online, imagine an employee couldn't get it done but I did. Maybe you should just fire everyone and only do business online, not like you care with your AI responses and bullcrap replies.

Negative Experience with Third-Party Retailer AT&T
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this third-party retailer. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the manager, Sterling S. The service I received was subpar, (Below average) On several encounters he displayed confrontational attitude rather than offering solutions to my concerns.
I experienced challenges when trying to resolve an issue in person as well as my attempts to contact someone via phone call, who could assist, but instead I was met with dismissive responses. On multiple occasions, I was either ignored or hung up on, despite approaching the situation calmly and respectfully.
Additionally, when I requested contact information for a district manager, I was informed that they could not provide it and my inquiry was abruptly terminated.
I am concerned that the management practices of this store are negatively impacting customer satisfaction and potentially leading to lost business. I sincerely hope the owner of this company takes note of these issues, as there is significant room for improvement in both customer service and management.
I will be keeping this review up to date depending on how this matter is addressed moving forward.

They are complete scammers, run away, do not approach them in any way, we will meet in court, with compensation for all the mistakes and payments made.

Not helpful at all. Completely messed up setting up both my new accounts that needed to be buisness but did personal. Couldn't accept my returns. They don't care at all about job.

SO DISRESPECTFUL.
Before coming to this store, I called to ask if they had the iPhone 16 Pro Max in stock. A gentleman on the phone confirmed they had one. We arrived within 15 minutes, and a lady greeted us inside. However, she then told us they actually only had the Pro model, not the Pro Max, in stock.
It felt like she was doing everything possible not to accommodate my requests. I explained I would be getting a phone for each line, with a total of 4 lines and 2 or 3 phones in total. Opening 3 lines alone took over an hour. I specifically mentioned that I wanted to load the eSIM on my new phone, but she stubbornly put it on my Samsung phone instead. Now I can’t switch it to the new phone due to account restrictions, and when I went to another AT&T branch, they told me I’d need to wait a few days to resolve it because of a security flag.
I also asked her multiple times not to use the address on my ID because I’d moved, but she still put the old address, which I now can’t change as it’s a new account. There were only two ladies working inside, and they kept glancing at each other and laughing in a way that felt unprofessional. My wife even felt uncomfortable and started waiting in the car.
In the end, I purchased the remaining phones directly from the Apple Store. Another AT&T store later informed me that this branch operates as a third-party AT&T store. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Avoid this place at all cost! 3rd party store, they have 0 professionalism. Put all my info in wrong. Got stuck with all the wrong info in my account. Be warned, they put you on the highest plan and insurance even when you don't ask for it. Went back and they couldn't care less to help me. Told me to go to a corporate store. And proceeded to snicker and laugh when I leave the store. Trash place.

A one star review is only because that’s the lowest they will let you go.
Highly do NOT recommend this location! Awful service and the manager couldn’t even bother to help the employees. Will NOT be going back!

Store wouldn’t accept cash over $300.00 went back a week later had a big sign at desk stating no cash. there is definitely a problem with money in this store

Anthony and Chris were kind while getting my upgrade but after a couple of bill cycles my bill price has increased and after speaking to customer loyalty I was informed that the information I was given for promotions I was told I would receive were incorrect. As a result I am paying more for a phone that I was told I would not pay for.
I will be moving my service away from AT&T.

I came In the Hoosick Troy AT&T and worked with both Anthony C and Anthony D and they both had the best customer service I have ever experienced with a phone company. They both deserve raises In my opinion. Both superb people genuine and honest. Highly recommend! Thank you both!

Anthony was a great help. I had an issue with billing which they don’t deal with in store but he was able to get me in direct contact with customer service without a wait. Then I was able to have my billing issue resolved today. Thanks a lot!
