“Last year, I had repairs done at Cole’s after someone rear ended my parked car. After the repairs I noted that one of the car panels looked like it wasn’t fastened all the way to make the car look good-as-new. They reached out to me to bring my car in to have the work completed to my liking. They are communicative about repair progress, use OEM parts, and have relationships with rental companies to put you in a loaner on site. A special shout-out to Rowan for taking my case and overseeing the job all the way through.”

“This is, by very far, the best auto parts store in which I have ever shopped. All too often, the staff at an auto parts store will be dismissive and unwelcoming. I have the exact opposite experience every single time I visit this location. Every staff member I have dealt with is cordial, polite, and friendly. There are auto parts stores closer to my house, but the crew here makes the extra few miles more then worth it.”

“I needed new windsheild wipers for my Jetta and asked a salesperson to find me a pair. Bought the ones the employee recommended. Once I got home my BF couldnt put them on my car becaise they were the wrong adapter? You had ONE job LOL. Returned them but didnt get new ones yet. Will buy there again, the staff is friendly and helpful, even if I got the wrong wipers. I should have just had them install the wipers for me and if there was an issue we would have known right then.”

“I went in today because my key fob battery was shot and the closest store was AutoZone. I met this polite girl named emiley and she helped me pick the right battery and helped me install it because I had no idea what I was doing. She was very polite and helped me with any of the questions that I needed and she also made sure that the key fob battery was working so I wouldn’t have to come back at a later date. More stores should have workers like Emiley who go above and beyond for her customers.”
