Worst experience you could possibly have with a product that yoh alreasy love. Ordered two different pints for delivery. Simple. One was as ordered, the other came as some melted chocolate mess when id ordered an almond toffee. Ugh, fine. I called and asked for the mistake to be corrected and was offered no solutions. No exchange and was promised a refund that I havent gotten. If you cant take the time to read a ticket, dont have delivery. Absolutely shameful customer service. Who makes someone frown at ice cream? These people are terrible at what they do.

This Ben & Jerry's is located inside the RPI Student Union on the 15th Street side. This is an ice cream counter not an actual store. There are tables around the corner (in the middle of the building) if you want to sit with your ice cream, or you can sit outside.

Do not order for delivery! Missing items, won't pay the correct balance back... Waste of money... Just go to price chopper up the street... Cheaper that way!

Ben & Jerry's is a great way to ease the pain of a bad grade on your final. The best aspect is that they accept RPI's dining plan's Flex Dollars. You can always buy a Vermonster at the end of the year to use up Flex.

You get exactly what you'd expect from this Ben and Jerry's location: awesome ice-cream late into the night. That is one of the perks of being a franchise based inside a college student union building. The ice cream is excellent and since it's open until midnight it makes it all the more convenient. It's a more expensive than if you were to buy it from a store but you have extra toppings to choose from. If you are a heavy consumer of ice cream I'd probably recommend you stick to the grocery store. However, to calm a quick ice cream craving while on campus at RPI this place is perfect.

The quality you've come to expect from Ben & Jerry's, on the convenient location of the RPI campus. They're open late into the night and the students that work here are very friendly. If you are a student, you can pay for ice cream using your FLEX dollars, which is a nice perk.
