“Staff at the Party City in Clifton Park are phenomenal. There was a mix-up and some decorations I was having delivered went MIA and the staff went above and beyond to get the missing decorations to me. They were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and provided exemplary customer service. This is by far the best Party City in the Capital District. Albany’s location is closer but I’ll be making the drive to Clifton Park from now on, it’s worth the extra few minutes 100%.”
