Take your vehicle here if you would like it to be totaled. There is no regard to the accident that occurred and they looked to include any damage observed on the entire vehicle as part of their estimate. I offered to give them the police report, so they were aware of the accident details to better assess damage, but they did not want it. Their storage fees are incredibly high when the vehicle is just sitting outdoors in a parking lot. They raised labor rates in between estimates to the insurance company. Parts were removed from my vehicle that had nothing to do with the accident location (simple sideswipe accident). Parts that were removed were placed in the trunk of my vehicle on top of my personal belongings, which I was not aware of nor given the chance to remove prior (see photo). The only positive of this shop is their responsiveness when communicating and the only reason I am not giving 1 star. Although if I was getting paid $125 per day to do nothing, I could send a text message as well.

They do excellent work and have very friendly people that work there. They guarantee their work for life of your vehicle for as long as you own it.

Last year, I had repairs done at Cole’s after someone rear ended my parked car. After the repairs I noted that one of the car panels looked like it wasn’t fastened all the way to make the car look good-as-new. They reached out to me to bring my car in to have the work completed to my liking. They are communicative about repair progress, use OEM parts, and have relationships with rental companies to put you in a loaner on site. A special shout-out to Rowan for taking my case and overseeing the job all the way through.

Very good customer service! My car was ready a day or two before the original estimated date. I was able to get a rental car from Enterprise through Coles, ready and waiting when I dropped my car off. A very easy process. And my car looks great!

Nice people and excellent communication. Unfortunately they do not deliver on results or efficiency. My vehicle has been there for roughly two months and they continue to try and cut corners on the repair work. I think they get the insurance company money and don't look back. It's too bad because they are very pleasant otherwise but results matter at the end of the day.
