Changing a phone plan can be so stressful and confusing but not when you have a Sales Rep like Jose! As soon as we met Jose I knew I had nothing to worry about. He relieved all my stress immediately. He is an expert in his field and was able to answer all of our questions. We switched over three phones and all went smoothly and quickly. He has outstanding customer service skills and if I was able to give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Jose for making the transition to Cricket so easy

Cori was extremely amazing at multitasking there was a store full of people 5 or 6 different customers because of issues in lansinburgh an she was able to not only solve everyone’s problems but also she made sure we all enjoyed our time there an left smiling an satisfied. The customer service she showed deserves more than 5 stars I look forward to seeing her soon. Happy Holidays to you an your family!

Hoosick Street, Troy, NY is the worst Cricket store. They will allow anyone on your account to make changes to your phone without your authorization. Went back 3x during the 7 day return policy time frame to resolve the issue. Instead of resolving the issue the staff think its acceptable to tell their customers lies to push them past the 7 day return policy as well as insult their customers by yelling at them, calling them names and hanging up on them. I'd give this store and it employees zero stars if the review allowed that option.

Overall I am sharing my experience because of Morgan. She got the job done no matter what it took. She was able to multitask between multiple customers. Morgan has phenomenal customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting. Thanks Morgan! Merry Christmas.

I went to the store yesterday with my wife I wanted to replace a phone that I shattered the glass on and my wife wanted to pick up a watch while you were there although I had a fully functional phone with a SIM card in it they refused to just sell me a phone without charging me the $25 activation fee all I wanted was the phone to take home and put my old SIM card in and I absolutely refuse to sell it to me without charging me an extra $25 to activate a phone that I didn't nee

They always offer u to have insurance in ur device ,but when ur phone get broke they come with a different histories . For example: cricket is not responsable for that , u have to call the insurance company or they don’t have the same devices ur deduct able gonna be more for another phone they have available. Today I faced I skinny disrespectful girl in this location troy that’s told me sir we not responsable for that we can’t help u with ur situation the only things u can do is call the insurance company have a nice day and worked away .

I highly recommend visiting the Cricket location on Hoosick St in Troy. Both my visits have been easy and productive experiences. Marlon was especially friendly, patient, and helpful when I was there last week to change my plan and add a 2nd phone. He got me the best device for my needs and a really reasonable unlimited plan. Thanks again Marlon, Cricket prices and customer service are definitely the best around!

I have been in this location multiple times. 1) Setting up new account for my son. 2) Purchasing newer phone for my son 3)Adding service for myself, after leaving my fathers Sprint plan and purchasing myself a phone; this creating an unlimited plan for two phone for $80. Have to mention, while my son phone had Cricket service, while I still had Sprint, my son had better service then I did!! 4) Returning the phone I purchased for myself and upgrading myself to a newer phone,
