Absolute best cider donuts in the area. Pies are wonderful too. When I am not gorging myself on cider donuts I am shamelessly eating a strawberry rhubarb pie. Diverse and good quality selection of fruit, produce, breads, meats & cheeses. Service is always friendly and efficient.

First time visit as a tourist. What a beautiful spot! Fresh figs, gorgeous food, the pumpkins were beautiful.. All so pleasing to the eye. I could have left with bags full if not for the airplane ride!
At Engel’s Acres, we grow most vegetables seen in our store, as it is in season. Fresh Corn and tomatoes are our specialty. We offer Pick Your Own vegetables for select produce (tomatoes, peppers and eggplant), starting September and ending when we get our first frost. Engel’s Acres grows mainly vegetables, we offer locally grown fruit from numerous farms throught the Capital District. In addition to fruits and vegetables we also are known for our delicious Baked Goods, made on the premises by Owner Cindy Engel. We also carry freshly made pies by Mourningkill Bake Shop, located in Ballston Spa, NY.
