About Edible Uprising Farm
Edible Uprising Farm is a small scale farm growing vegetables and flowers in the heart of Troy, New York. We are dedicated to growing nutrient dense food, enriching soil fertility, and offering food access within the city without the need of a car. We are passionate about food, farming, the environment and community. We grow over 70 varieties of vegetables and over 50 varieties of flowers, which we offer through CSA farm shares, wholesale and retail at our farm stand June - November.
