Brought my Ford Ranger in for an inspection and felt like they were playing gotcha making a list of failures. One brake was tight and needed a little adjustment and was an easy adjustment. I'll never go back

Fitzgerald’s provided exceptional service for me and my daughter today. Bill was so helpful and understanding. After I agreed to pay a diagnostic charge for further analysis of my vehicle, Bill rescinded the charge and only charged me for work that we previously agreed to. We will definitely use Fitzgerald again. It is this kind of service that makes anyone proud to support an establishment. Thanks, Bill!!

I called three shops to work on my AC. Fitzgerald's was the only competent and honest shop I could find. I am not from the area originally. The team there was honest and they even repaired more than what was asked due to the dealership doing very shoddy work. I will definitely be back. I will also tell anyone that will listen they should bring their car to Fitzgerald's. Thanks again.

I tried to replace an O2 sensor myself on my 2009 Hyundai Elantra, but it was frozen in place. Emailed a garage in Wynantskill and never heard back. Stopped in at Fitzgerald's and they took the job quickly and at a fair price. Thanks, Fitzgerald's!

We’ve taken our cars to Fitzgerald’s a few times since moving to Lansingburgh a decade ago. This year, our old Rogue had an exhaust problem due to rust that they were able to repair quickly with a custom weld. Not much later, the parking brake got stuck closed due to—you guessed it—rust, and on a rainy Monday morning, Dan himself rolled up in the tow truck to pick it up and free it up that day. I never feel intimidated or talked down to, and I feel like I’m always getting a straight explanation. I’m happy to have this shop in my neighborhood!

I have been taking my vehicle to Fitzgerald’s for about 3 years now, and I have had nothing but quality and affordable service from talented, straight shooters who will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work done to your vehicle. Dan the owner is a super honest man who takes great pride in the service his garage provides, and you can rest assure that when you bring your vehicle in, you’re leaving it in the best of hands.
Earlier this year, I made the mistake of taking my car to a local garage chain to get my NYS Inspection done due to a tight personal schedule. To my dismay, I ended up with a jammed hood, a broken hood latch, and no inspection. First thing I did was call Dan the owner, and he told me to bring my car to the garage and they would take a look.
Not only did his garage replace the entire hood latch system, but he also made sure he was there every step of the way in helping me win my small claims case with guidance and support.
When I thanked him, his response was simply, “I just want to make sure that good people aren’t being taken advantage of, or unfairly treated.”
This is what I mean when I say they go above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers. He’s got a customer for life in me and my family — no doubt. ??
