Don’t sign up for the monthly membership scam. If you decide that you don’t want it it’s impossible to cancel. I’m guessing I’ll have to report it as fraud and dispute the charges with my credit card.

I frequent Hoffman's all over the greater area. I have a monthly Account, so I stop by one when it's needed obviously. I usually have a certain location that I frequent more often. The only negative I have is the ridiculous traffic. It's on the main and only route connecting Southern Vermont to the Capital Region. They have free Vacs and it's not too busy considering the amount of traffic that passes by. I will go there, just not at the busy parts of commuters heading to and from work times..

For a very basic automated wash it costs $15 here, and it not even a decent job for that price. Not enough scrap for a touch wash. Went to this place right after getting off the interstate, the bugs shouldn’t be that hard to clean.

Drive all the way to clean my car out and none of the vacuums were working. Employee told me that maybe they were clogged and walked away.

I used to be an employee of Hoffmans and mind that I have a disablility called Tourette's Syndrome, Management is so wreckless and disrespectful and on the top of that, my manager at the time (Jeff) assumed i was faking my Tourette's. I think they should go under new management.

Amazing, as always! I have never had a problem while cleaning my vehicle at any Hoffman Car Wash. I especially like that the newer locations have the free vacuums for customers.

Decent wash but not enough rinse or drying. Track needs to slow down a bit if water conservation is an issue. Do not appreciate leftover soap or water droplets on my windows.
