This bank promotes scammers,I informed them of 2 transactions that didn't sit right with me an I items I didn't order. They sided with the scammers an took back the credit that was given to me. I ordered a jersey an they said I ordered a make up brush,like hello I don't wear makeup and I certainly don't need a makeup brush for 60 bucks. Needless to say they believed the scammers an I never received the product.this bank has costed me hundreds of dollars this year .I'm certainly leaving keybank ,instead of protecting my money they have no problems letting anyone rob me. I don't suggest this corporation to anyone! This bank not only took from but also my children!Thanks for your response. The only thing I want is my money back. I already fought this an this is the response I get. How would you like to get ripped off by your bank?

Went to numerous Keybanks to cash a few payroll checks. Don’t have an account at key bank. The 1st bank said I need more than an ID and that a social security card would work...no problem... went to another key bank (lansingburgh) with more than one form of ID including my birth certificate and social security card... nope still can’t cash them... the teller after looking at my checks started asking me personal questions like who’s name is on this check and what I did for a living...absolutely non of their business. This is the exact reason I don’t deal with banks and will never deal with banks.. terrible.
