Constant intermittent service disruptions. Even if you come to them with proof that you are seeing fluctuations in your speeds, they will turn back around and tell you there's nothing wrong--oh, but you can upgrade your service if you would like. If I literally had the option to use any other provider, I would. Spectrum was even better than this, and that's saying something.

Garbage. Moved in almost 3 months ago. Still not TV service. Even though its a package in my rent. Also internet is less than 1/3 of the speed I pay for. This why Comcast is better. All this would have been addressed months ago.

We're required to use their services for the apartment we live in. (redburn development) We used to lose connection a lot in the past and it took a long time for us to talk to a live representative from the company. We ended up getting a cable from their location in Troy so we can hookup our TV directly to the router and that seems to make a huge difference in streaming. But if you don't have the ability to do so you'll likely have a bad connection and lose internet quite often. °-°/

We have had spectrum for many years as found that massive mesh has just as much speed and provides me with just internet and no requirements they are always pleasant and professional and I have had no problems even in storms thank you massive mesh for having my back we stream tv and have 3 laptops and 4 phones never a problem with signal

This company has the worst internet service ever. I have to use this company because the building I live in apparently has a deal/contact with them.

I have been with Massive Mesh for about a year and a half now. And I have no complaints when it comes to my bill. It stays the same flat rate every month. However I seem to loose internet more time then not. It seems to get very annoying and frustrating but yet I continue with my service. Towers may need to be updates or something though

Terrible internet service. Old router/modem and internet sporadically cuts out for no reason. Overall slow speeds and poor connection.
