He made a easy buying experience and the dealer was good and honest. After purchased the water pump break and he took care of it with no questions asked, back the next day at no cost. They was very knowledgeable, discussed concerns and repaired a back window problem with no charge. They always helped, treated me with respect and integrity and would recommend this place for value and great customer service.
Zack is awesome, his workers are great too. Got total of 3 cars from Zack throughout the years, with the 3rd one being a couple weeks ago. By far best experience I've had buying any vehicle. As long as Palmer is in business, I'm a customer.

Ive known zack for years,Can never say anything bad about zack...this is my second vehicle and I know several others who have been to him for several cars...if there is ever any issue or anything comes up..he will absolutely try to resolve that problem..definantly go to him for a good reliable car..
