I came in today and I left out with a full set that wasn't done. I wasn't rude or anything I just asked him. Could I pick out my own color for my French tip and he basically told me to find another salon 😢

I've been going there for 8 years and I never had bad experience. They do really good nails and they last. I'll never go anywhere else.

extremely unprofessional and rude! my cousin just went in here to get a mani pedi waited an HOUR before serviced after calling in advance. she didnt speak proper english and she eventually saw them all looking and laughing at her

Worst nail shop experience.,. They dont have half the colors they advertise, made me wait 2 different times in 1 session for eyebrows then say I have to wait again, they cant follow any designs you want and got mad when I asked for them to clean the table and give me a clean towel will NEVER go back!! Nails were trash and rushed!!

came to do my birthday nails & couldnt even get what i asked for... All my nails are different shapes n lengths ... ( guy in the wheel chair ) told his ass slow down with the file machine so he wont zap my skin... WHY HE STILL Zapped my skin by going fast and cut me with the blade so mad an annoyed because i told him slow down... didnt like my service n i dont like my nails...

The experience was okay they just need to work on acknowledging people when they enter the establishment instead of allowing them to just stand there and nobody says hello or welcome someone will be with you as soon as possible.

Was going to this salon for the last three months seeing Lee who always did a fast, good job. Two of my nails broke and when I made my appointment again I guess we both didn’t realize it was July 4th 2 weeks later so I wasn’t able to get in, decided to take off my set as it’s been 3 months and will get new set when I go back. Discovered fungus on one of my fingers, I don’t understand how during a fill this wasn’t noticed as it’s quite dark but to say I’m happy is an understatement.

It was absolutely horrible they rushed my nails and was hurting my granddaughter when pushing her cuticles back, when they cut the nails they cut it too short and made me bleed then said I moved to much and even worse messed up on the nail polish because she left spots in it. I will never go back here worse salon I have ever been too

I’m writing this as I’m sitting here getting a pedicure I had received yesterday fixed because not even three hours after I left the salon the gel polish peeled off my feet as if they did no cure it correctly, or buff it. I called to ask if I could fix it around 12pm while I was still at work and I was told yes. Once I got off work I arrived and let the lady at the front desk know that I was the one who had called. She must have misunderstood me because they started to give me a full on pedicure AGAIN after I had already explained what I wws there for. So before the man who was doing my pedicure continued farther I asked him if he knew I was here to get it fixed, and suddenly nobody knew what I was even talking about. I felt as they were making it my fault when it clearly was a misunderstanding on THEIR BEHALF. I will never get serviced here again after feeling so uncomfortable, embarrassed, and not able to properly get through what I am saying . They don’t even deserve the one star that they are getting. I am extremely pissed off right now?

The lady with the glasses and long black hair she gave me a deep cut with the nail file, and i asked her if she would be able to give me a discount for the deep cut she said no… unprofessional.
