My husband and I did a workshop at Sawtooth to make our own wedding bands from scratch. Maria made the entire experience a day we will cherish forever. She was kind, fun, and had so much patience, especially considering we had almost no experience with metal work. Our rings came out better than we could have ever expected and the process made them even that much more precious

Came here to get a custom piece made for my mother in law and was thrilled with the results. The pendant was done much faster than anticipated and was absolutely stunning. I will be returning soon to get something made for myself.

Maria did a fabulous job on my cracked opal ring - she fixed the band + sizing on it, and went above and beyond to get me a replacement stone that I liked. I was super happy with my ring, the price and service. My mom picked up the ring for me and even commented on how great she was in person. I will definitely be going back for other personalised jewellery!

Pro: Beautiful restoration of a ring at a fair price even when it involved replacing the stone (damaged beyond repair during the polishing)Con: We found out about the destruction of the stone when we called to see if it was ready to pick up. No one contacted us when it happened.Con: One person told us we should have made an appointment for service in a not so friendly way. Odd, as we were there to discuss an issue with the restoration of the ring (not adopt a child or purchase a home?) When we discussed the ring with the jeweler over the phone we were never told to make an appt when we asked if we could see the new stone.Pro: The jeweler and and another staff person in the store were very gracious and friendly.

If I could rate them 10 starts I would! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I get his wedding band VERY last minute after a crazy experience somewhere else. Not only did they listen but they hand delivered our ring (that was handmade) to our venue day of, I cannot thank them enough! They’re Sincerity and professionalism is BEYOND amazing!
