The staff (not tellers) in the cubicles are very cold & act as if It’s an inconvenience for me to use their time when assisting me with auto loans, fraud charges on my account & 2ce neglect to expedite my compromised card. Before the Broadview merger I had 0 issues with cards being compromised & pleasant staff encounters!

The customer service is horrible. I use this location as my last resort. They are always making mistakes. When I go there I feel rushed or like a bother. The workers don’t have manners. I much more prefer the East greenbush location!

Horrible experiences with SEFCU. So many issues that they've never bothered dealt with. Going on like month 2 of what should have never been a problem in the first place. Are they lazy or just incompetent? Why not both!?

This isnt really specific to this branch but: SEFCU has been great for me for checkings and saving BUT the Lightnig credit card was very problematic and confusing: unclear support, unclear billing, SEFCU not taking responsibility for clear fraud issues because that is apparently part of Mastercard's job (who farms it out to a 3d party) and mortgage service has been okay but less good that I'd hoped overall.

SEFCU is wonderful !! They are super helpful, courteous , polite, and have helped me tremendously when I changed banks: their online banking is second to none....and you don't have to wait forever to be seen!!
