Unbelievable poor patient care . Wouldn’t see a patient who is immunocompromised with pneumonia. Just referred back to urgent care that told me to follow up with my Primary. I’m an employee of St. Peter’s and affiliated with this group and I’m disgusted with the care I’ve received. Will not be returning to this practice! Just like most places just refers you out to ER so your not their problem not another patient they have to see. As a healthcare worker I would never treat a patient like this. A little bit of kindness does a lot for a person . It takes a lot to push me to this level and they succeed! Well now in Troy has been great at being my primary care doctor thank you well now !

I went for my doctors appointment today to find out they made it for just a nurse appointment so my under laying issue that has caused me pain for over a month now wasn’t addressed I was supposed to be seen for a COVID shot an a hemorrhoid issue smh ?♀️ so now I have to wait even longer to add to that issue you would think after going there for yrs they could get your name right but instead they write on my card Standrews instead of St.Andrews like seriously ? smh they have no respect ✊ they don’t apologize for it instead they order you to go back in to the room like your a Dog taking orders.

They really don't listen and just hand out prescriptions even if you have told them you cannot take them due to a metabolic disorder. I was prescribed medication that the FDA had a black box warning, that if I had taken it could of caused serious side effects, something they should of done prior to having been prescribed the MEDICATION. I can't say anything good about my experience here at Seton internal medical group.

This place is a joke, they are more concerned about the volume of patients than they are about real health conditions.
