The gas station is nasty the large girl working overnights is always eating the candy bars snickers twix butterfinger almond joy reeses etc and always has an attitude thinking she owns the gas station. Her name is Kay and always while snacking on some candy bar she's coming off rude and disrespectful.

I was here last week as it is a 5 minute walk from my house. I went with my boyfriend he buys his beer there while we were in line. A cashier named Jackie accused me loudly of stealing something yesterday saying she had it on camera and I'm no longer allowed in the store. The funny thing is I wasn't in the store the day she was talking about so she's mistaken. They were very rude I was kicked out that day for something I didn't do. I made a report with corporate.

Awful. Always have to go in for receipt. No fluid/squeegees (or maybe the bums who sit outside the front door took them). 24 hours unless employees decide to lock the doors and take a break for hours.

Thanks for having me stand in the cold while you goofed off for ten minutes, before telling me your card machine broke. 0/10 avoid this gas station at night especially.

Good staff and clean inside. It’s a very busy station and hard to get in and out of if your driving Hoosick Street.

Rude service, dirty even for a gas station.

It's usually dirty and there is often a homeless person sitting beside the door. They are generally well-stocked though and you can get in and out quickly.

I was horribly disappointed by this location. If it were possible, I'd rate this place with zero stars. The establishment was extremely filthy. One could not dry their hands after washing them. The hand dryer did not work, and there weren't any paper towels. During this time of COVID-19, they ought to be more mindful of keeping their establishment clean and sanitary.

No regard or compassion for customers. Waited in line well over 10 minutes. No one else was in the store except two employees. I had to approachTHEM to ask them to check me out. It's not like they didn't know I was there- there were literally NO other customers in the store. They then had me wait an additional five minutes. They were stocking, but they could have put it down, addressed the customer, and then gone back to it. They weren't stocking perishables or anything that needed to be refrigerated. Then, the ONE employee who was NOT wearing a mask (literally mind boggling- already reported this to DOH) came to check me out. I thought maybe she'd put her mask on when she got to the counter, but she didn't. It made me so uncomfortable I almost felt compelled to ask her to wear it, as I have asthma and am a high risk. I was just stopping for some gas and a bottle of water. This is not the first time an employee has not worn a mask, nor is it the first time I've experienced rude behavior and a lack of care for customers. Besides the mask thing and the rudeness, the bathrooms are filthy. Employees never clean the bathrooms nor the store itself, really. I can imagine working in a gas station isn't the most glamorous job- but at LEAST try to keep things up to code, which this speedway is DEFINITELY not. They've also been caught selling tobacco and alcohol products to underage kids. Go down the street a little further to Stewart's. The employees at Hoosick St Stewart's actually care about their customers, it's not much farther out of the way, and free air for your tires. COVID, ecoli, black mold, and probably countless other disgusting and unhealthy things exist at this speedway. I find their statement from October 13th SO ironic because I honestly can't think of a time where I came into this speedway and an employee had a mask on.
