Ali Sunoco 558 Hoosick St staff doesn’t know how to process price chopper fuel discounts. Horrible service from ignorant, arrogant clerk on Sunday 7/31/22 resulted in loss of discount points. Last time I’ll ever be spending my money here.

Why won’t they let us buy beer at 900pm on a Saturday? He was taking beer out of peoples hands and saying no to everyone in line. Why have a store and restrict sales? I don’t get it.

This place use to have such friendly workers.. unfortunately the place is under new management now, and these females are extremely disrespectful and rude!..you don't know how to use a card machine, then why do you work there? as a former cashier it floors me Someone would throw change back at a customer and still have a job.. get attitude checks for your workers now or be prepared to have to close your store..I use to come to this store all the time..not anymore..I don't handle rude people well...bad move to have scumbags handling customer service.

Unfortunately this place is under New Management and the rudeness is horrible..Never have I gone here and been so disrespected. I have only come here for several years for gas no where else...I now will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN....THE rudeness is unexceptable and I will never allow a child to think they can talk to me the way I was talked to.I am hoping this will change and they realize that being disrespectful is not the answer.I will never go there again...thier loss
