I ordered nacho bell grande combo right at menu change to lunch. I added extra seasoned beef and other toppings which they did not skimp on. However, you would think that being they just switched over to the lunch menu, this would prompt for fresh food that hasn't been sitting for a while waiting on customers. Unfortunately the taco shell and tortilla chips were as stale as if they were left out from the night before.The prices have drastically increased and I don't walk into taco bell expecting any kind of wow factor but they need to do better

So I ordered a Mexican pizza without tomatoes, a few made it on it which I don’t mind. But this was the most perfect M pizza I have ever received from any Taco Bell ever!! And it was delicious!!

So sad how the quality of meal you receive compared to a couple years ago. Just terrible. I gave a 2 because the kids working were nice.

I attend school at hvcc. Frequent here often. They must've got all new people because these girls are so beautiful and have nice smiles. The wait time has gone up a lot but the food is fresh and warm. Lots of good vibes. Before it was okay usually cold food. still see bad reviews on here all at 9pm an later.. I go around 2-3pm it's lovely

The two women working here tonight were rude and the food was absolutely disgusting! We don’t eat taco bell but our 6 year old really wanted a taco, and cinnamon twists…the twists were sooooo gross as if they were fried in super stale gross oil such a nasty bitter

Do not risk driving to this location any time 11:00pm or later, or you could end up wasting time & gas.There's a chance you could be turned away, as they lie and say they're closed when they're actually supposed to be open later.Team Members & closing Shift Managers need to be written up and documented for consistently turning customers away 1-2 hours before closing time. They sometimes do this so they can finish closing tasks earlier and leave earlier, or even engage in time theft by doing nothing for hours on the clock after finishing closing tasks before the time the restaurant was even supposed to be closed.Not sure who the Area Coach (fancy term for District Manager) is for this location now, but I used to be a General Manager for Taco Bell in multiple states and Team Members / Shift Managers were fired for closing early. Them doing this negatively affects sales, productivity, labor percentage, and most importantly it negatively affects the community they are supposed to be serving until the time they're supposed to be open until. If they're not going to care about the people they are supposed to be serving or care about their job, they don't deserve a job. This will be reported.

Literally only giving it one star because I have to at least do one to write a review. The worst Taco Bell ever!! Every time I stop here on my way home they are out of multiple items, only accepting cash, don't have any soda, etc. My husband ran to pick up our mobile order at 9pm and he waited inside for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. The staff was just swearing about their manager and conversing with each other about how awful their job is. He decided to jump in the drive thru line since we already paid for it in hopes it would be quicker but it took another 25 minutes. This is one of many bad experiences at this location but this was definitely the last time we will go to this location.

Try going here late night and its scam city. These lazy jerks said they were closing soon at 1030 PM but the closing time was midnight. Another time I went they said they they were outta meat.....out of meat? Come on. I'll go to a different one late night everytime now.

Glad to know I’m not alone. This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. Every time I visit they are either out of food items, “closed early”, not accepting card or cash, etc. The food is always thrown together creating a mess in the bag and they never follow special instructions. Last night I was the only person in the drivethru and I placed a mobile order. I continued to sit at the window for 20 minutes as I watched the only 2 workers in the store talk and scroll on their phones. Last week my boyfriend had the same experience and actually watched through the window as one of the workers jumped over the counter and got into a fight with a customer. Absolute insanity every time. They either need to close this Taco Bell or do some SERIOUS employee training.

Awful. Waited over 5 min and not one associate even said hello. Then after commenting about it, they proceeded to tell me they did not have to take my order if they didn'twant to.
