Professionalism represents the standard practices of a company, but when the person interviewing demonstrates interest, attentiveness and excellent listening skills, it goes beyond professionalism. I can't find enough complimentary words to describe how wonderful my experience has been with Troy Bookmakers! From my initial meeting through delivery of my books Jessika Hazelton was extremely helpful, responsive to my (many) email questions and supportive and encouraging! I am very very pleased with everything and highly recommend them!! They take care of putting it on Amazon and do the mailing!

More than likely in my top three worst experiences with a company. Their business model sets them up for failure and when that happens, Troy book makers doesn't take responsibility or make it right. Avoid this place if you need a book published. Do it yourself.

I just read Reflections, a memoir by Linda Styles Berkery. What a beautifully written, inspiring book. In addition to the content, the design and layout of the book is stunning. Kudos to The Troy Book Makers! The book is a must-read for anyone who is familiar with Troy or who wants to read life stories from a wise and generous woman.
