Hostess was a bit of a downer, I felt depressed dealing with the gloomy person, but the waitress was great and so was the food.

The Whistling Kettle is famous for their Afternoon Tea also known as "The Tower" allowing guests to build their own custom 3 course meal presented on a three-tiered tray. The cafe offers a cozy and refined atmosphere.
