Great experience working with Tier 1 Roofing. They are knowledgeable and professional. Ben contacted me directly to reschedule an estimate due to weather, and then came out on time on the newly scheduled day. He then took the time to explain to me what was going on with my roof and what needed to be done. This doesn’t seem to be the norm for contractors these days, so was extremely refreshing! I contacted two friends immediately after he left to share my experience and recommend Tier 1 Roofing in case they needed a roofer in the future.

Tier 1 roofing made the process of replacing our roof so easy. Benjamin came for estimate he gave us confidence with his knowledge, and professional demeanor. The installation went very smoothly. Professional workforce, cleaned up everything after the job was finished. Not even scrap of old roof left behind. Would recommend Tier 1 roofing 100%. Couldn't be happier with the results.

We called Tier 1 (based on their 5-star reviews) to repair a roof leak and a disconnected sun tunnel. They promptly responded and Benjamin estimated the repair.
He is highly knowledgeable and experienced, was generous with his time to explain the repairs, and provided an acceptable repair estimate.
The repairs were completed as estimated; ensuring our satisfaction.
Communication was excellent, and service was professional, accommodating, skilled, respectful and gracious.

Called Tier 1 roofing because of the excellent reviews, we weren't disappointed. From the initial estimate to the finished job we were treated with the utmost respect. Benjamin came for the estimate and took the time to explain everything that the job would entail. The crew who came to strip the old roof and install the new one worked diligently to make sure we would be satisfied with the results, cleanup was excellent, not even a scrap of the old roof was left behind on the ground. Would recommend Tier 1 roofing 100%.

Showed up on time, got the job done in a timely fashion, and cleaned up well when finished. Couldn't ask or expect more and definitely happy with finished results. I wouldn't be shy to use again when the main structure needs to be shingled..

Exceptional company! From Ben’s helpful guidance on selecting material that fit our vision, to Tim’s project management and installation their service was impeccable. Despite being slightly higher price wise than a few others, their work is flawless and to us it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Tier One was great to work with for my roof replacement after a tree fell on the house. Really appreciated Ben getting out to the house and getting holes tarped up same day I called. Would recommend!

Had the entire roof redone and was very happy with it every step of the way. Price, communication, scheduling, the work and the cleanup were all fantastic. Will be recommending to my friends/family when they need work done as well.

A nice man (I’ll omit his name) came out, took some lovely drone shots of our project and said he would have a quote by the end of the week. We never heard from them after that. I called to follow up 3 weeks later and was told I would receive a call that day or the next. Once again, we never received a call.
I’ll say that our project is unique-not a straightforward residential roof. However-if the scope of the project was too big or out of their abilities, I would have appreciated honesty up front or at minimum a returned phone call.

They were quick about setting up the free estimate. Ben was very nice and easy to work with. They gave me the cheapest quotes out of the 3 or 4 places i looked into. And Ben was able to give me some more time to pay the other half of my bill. They were also the only place that would repair the hole in my roof, everyone else wanted to do a full replacement. So grateful for this company. I will definately be contacting them when im able to replace my roof in the future.

From the very onset of estimating, I was highly educated on my roof! It is a slate roof! Benjamin told me all the aspects of a slate roof! I needed repairs and was told exactly what they were going to do. I felt extremely comfortable with everything. I was served with dignity and I was listened to when I had questions! There was no pressure and told to call anytime with questions…the job was completed on time! Everything was picked up after the work. I highly recommend Tier 1 Roofing for repairs if needed or even a new high quality roof…best decision I made was to contact Tier 1!
