I now understand that the hours recently changed. I arrived a little before 8pm but the doors were already locked and the store associate walked away and ignored me when I knocked on the door. Usually retail stores do not close early like this, so I am surprised and disappointed.

I visited the store on Sunday, February 23, 2025, to fill up a propane tank. I approached the first employee I saw to inquire about the process, and unfortunately, her attitude was less than pleasant. I believe her name was McKenzie or something similar. The conversation went something like this: I greeted her with a "Good afternoon" and asked if it was possible to fill up the propane tank there. She responded with a disinterested "yeah" and made a vague hand gesture, which I didn't understand. I asked if it was outside on the left, and she confirmed with a terse "yes." I thanked her, but she didn't respond, which left me thinking she was rude. However, considering it was a Sunday, I thought perhaps she didn't want to be there.
When I went outside, the area was locked and there was no one around. I returned inside and another customer informed me that I needed to go back outside, as they overheard McKenzie telling a colleague to head out there. Despite us (my wife and I) being present, she didn't make the effort to inform us directly.
After the tank was filled, we went back inside to pay. We waited in line with the propane tank in my hand, and when it was our turn, McKenzie pointed to the door and sternly told us, "One of you two out now, you cannot be here with the propane tank," even though we had already been waiting for about ten minutes.
In conclusion, I will not be returning to this store. I give it 3 stars because the store itself was fairly organized, but the attitude of that employee left a lot to be desired.

It's always disturbing to see all of the plants out front that you never water. They are just dried up and dying. Every year when I come it is the same thing.

Was a loyal customer of TSC for a while but as of recently all of the pelletized bedding has been damaged by the rain because it’s stored outside. The bag specifically says “superior absorbency” so why would you store it outside when you know it’s going to absorb the rain? The bag’s used up its absorbency by the time you buy it. I’ve spoke to multiple representatives in store and called both the local store and 877 number to see if I could get UNDAMAGED product sent to the store for pick-up and they’re unable to do that. Do better Tractor Supply!!!! If it’s an absorbent product DON’T STORE IN THE RAIN!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. I am looking to purchase a rooster maybe 2 months old. I have 10 hens.Here’s a question May 8 of this year I purchased 8 chickens. I let my granddaughter and her friend pick them out while I paid and purchased feed. Anyway I have 3 chickens who are about the size of a mourning Dove. They are 3 months old but so little cay you tell me what kind they are. I have learned my lesson never again will I leave 2 16 year old girls to pick any more chicks alone. They also picked 2 meat chickens to save their lives

The service here is so hit-or-miss. I went to buy mulch, had a very helpful associate who assisted me in a quick purchase and loaded the mulch into the truck with me. The following day, I show up for more mulch... can't get a straight answer if there's more mulch in the back or not, so I purchased all the remaining bags. No one helped me load it, and then another customer came out and took 2 of the bags that I had already purchased.

Propane refill priced by the gallon. Good competitive prices too!! Service was how I liked it not everyone is me though. I don't like conversation much. It was a dream for me not much talk just all business quick in and out.My only concerns were the size of the parking lot due to the fact I was driving a 35ft class A RV, the entrance gate to the propane is REALLY TIGHT and at this location it doesn't have the biggest yard and it was very well stocked of supplies. No room for Error

I really like this store but let me just say, my husband came home with a 14 pound bag of no waste bird food. Not cheap at all, the bag was literally half empty, it had obviously been split open and lost half its contents taped up and re sold for full price. Thats illegal. Stop selling these to people.
