Troy's Best Auto Body Shop was the best autobody shop that I have ever gotten my vehicle serviced. I had an axle replaced, bodywork, and a wheel alignment done. From beginning to end, their customer service, communication, and service to my vehicle were top tier! I highly recommend this auto shop!!!

The staff were friendly, courteous and very professional. The repairs by Troy’s Best to our Outback appear flawless and the vehicle was ready on the day scheduled. Even my wheels were washed & shined , while the car interior was detailed clean as well. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My car is my baby because it is the first car I ever owned brand new. When a tree branch fell off a tree and hit it, it damaged the side of the roof right above the door, were the curl of the roof starts and the side of the passenger door. I was so upset thinking the roof wouldn't be repairable.
I contacted my insurance and it was covered so I started looking for a body shop.
When I found Troy's Best Auto Body Shop. A small mom and pop shop that's been around since 1993 with great reviews. It told me I wanted this shop to fix my car. It told me that the owner(s) of this company takes pride in their work and that they do an excellent job.
I made the right call. When I arrived the entire staff were polite, nice, and friendly. They reassured me they would take great car of my car.
At that moment, I knew my car was in great hands and it was.
They did an absolute excellent job. You can't even tell there was any damage to my car. I was so thrilled and so impressed with their work I still am in awe because I thought the roof wasn't fixable, but you cannot even tell there was any damage.
What also makes this company so great. They took the time and detailed my car. I was blown away when they called telling me my car was ready and that they detailed it, at NO EXTRA cost. They just took it upon themselves to do it. Shout out to Erica!
Over all I am really satisfied with this company. If any one ever needs body work I am recommending this company hands down. Or if I ever need more myself I am coming back here.
You hear horror stories about mechanics and body shops, but this body shop took all those worries away.
Just overall a great company with an amazing staff.
Thank you to everyone at Troy's Best Auto Body Shop for taking such could car of my car.

I was sent to this body shop by insurance for a dent from a gate swinging into my car. Not only can you not tell anything ever happened, but one of the gentlemen detailed the entire thing when he certainly didn't have to. I'm pregnant and also have a toddler and this simple act of kindness brought tears to my eyes. The entire team was super polite and overall great to interact with

I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! From start to finish, the entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely personable, treating you like a neighbor instead of just another customer. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me an honest estimate, and delivered exactly what they promised.
What really stood out was their punctuality and reliability. My car was ready on time (actually a little earlier than expected!), and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair, especially considering the level of service and care they put into every detail.
It’s rare these days to find a business where you feel you can completely trust the people working on your car, but that’s exactly the kind of confidence this shop inspires. I left feeling not only grateful for the great repair but also happy to know I now have a go-to shop I can recommend wholeheartedly to friends and family.

I find most things about cars very stressful, especially when they break in any way shape or form. I’m very happy to have found Troy’s best because they make getting your car fixed pretty chill and not stressful! Easy to work with. Communicative. Very nice. Seem to be reasonably priced and do good work. I appreciate that they are not part of a corporate chain. My car insurance found them for me and I’m quite happy they did! Have been for two issues and both were resolved swiftly with minimal headache! Thanks to Mike and Khach!

I must say that my experience here was nothing short of amazing. They are about the people and not just about dollar.
Sadly I just moved away…….but one thing for sure I know is that I would make the drive back just to visit here and get their service again. (“Best” in body shop isn’t just a name but really who they are with people)
Khach K…..shout out to you man. I was just there to fix my car door but I was having a really really really rough morning and He was able to see that and somehow make me forget about it.
That truly means a lot. That, in addition to great service for my car, puts this spot on the next level.
I am truly thankful and I highly recommend visiting!

The staff at Troy's Best were incredibly helpful, respectful, and accommodating. They were always willing to work with my busy schedule and fit me in. My car was declared totaled by the insurance company, but the owner and mechanics at Troy's Best helped reduce the costs as much as possible to repair my car for a sensible price. They communicate well and frequently, do excellent repair work, and were willing to offer me helpful advice even when it didn't make them extra money.

I started my auto repair journey at another shop. After the first shop did a total botch job my Geico advisor told me he spoke with Khach and told me he sounds like a great guy who knows what he's talking about, he said bring my car in and ask for Khach. I did and couldnt be happier! Save yourself a headache and start by going to Troys Best Auto. Khach fixed everything incredibly quickly for me. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Khach is the best!

5 stars all the way. Khach K., the owner & operator of this shop, was very communicative since day one by keeping us updated via texts. He worked closely with our insurance company, Progressive, and helped us connect with Enterprise for our rental. He worked with our vehicle like it was his own, and is very nice and professional; his whole staff all around. Overall, he made this process very smooth for us. Thank you Khach and staff!!
