My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.

Really miss Donna, she was the best and always super friendly. New staff not as nice but I do love the convenience of not having to go downtown, and the parking lot!

Dawg that automated voicemail recorder is freaking stupid. Doesn't help with speaking to support and doesn't answer simple questions. Told me the wait time to speak to an agent is gonna be a 30 minute wait. WHY TF AM I WAITING 30+ MINS JUST FOR SOME OVERWEIGHT OR OLD PERSON TO ANSWER ONE QUESTION. IF I HAD THE CHANCE I WOULDVE DROVE DOWN TO ASK BUT AT THE MOMENT OF ME TYPING THIS, I CAN'T. THAT PHONE SERVICE IS GARBAGE

The same gal is always there. She is efficient and helpful. This is basically a satelite branch here for the convience of people in North Troy. Deliveries stem from the Waterford Post Office. Thank you.Anyone with any complaints here are generally upset by visiting during a busy moment and they need to get over themselves.

Donna is a Dynamo! Excellent service, but please hire more help! I can't imagine what one individual would have to put up with what I imagine is one of the busiest mailing seasons of the year. Just one person there.... Help her out!
