Today I called Verizon customer service and was having a hard time getting a real person. I called Brunswick Verizon and Beth was so patient and helpful. We went over all the issues "and there is a lot" I comend her on her professional and honesty. If I could give her 20 + star review I would. I would give the Verizon at Crossgrates Mall negative 50+ for taking advantage of me personally when I was there in February trying to fix my plan. I have been with Verizon for 15 years. Honestly, I will not be one for much longer due to their poor choices and treatment in the Crossgrates store. Again, thank you Beth for being so great today. I know you wish you could of done more to help. I so greatly appreciate you and your kindness!
