We purchased our mini van here a couple of months ago and we are so happy with our experience! The van is wonderful and in such great shape. Shortly after getting it there was a small issue with a hole that developed in the exhaust, but Bill & Jacob promptly took care of the repair at no charge. They even had our AC charged while they had it as they could tell it wasn’t blowing quite as cold as it should. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I had been trying to buy a car for the last 2 years, and upon finding WS Auto Sales I immediately found a car that I wanted. I reached out to Jacob, and though the vehicle I originally found had been sold already, he helped me find another car that was the perfect fit for me. Bill and Jacob are absolute lights in the dark world of Auto Sales. Being a woman trying to buy a vehicle has always been scary, but Bill and Jacob made it the least scary experience I've ever had. Thank you both, I will never try to buy a vehicle anywhere else.

Didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, however they were in great condition. Owner is a great guy who really gives you the time of day. Wonderful hospitality and great energy at this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle go here.

Updates 9 years later! My truck is still running strong with 218k miles on it now. Granted I’ve had to replace some parts as normal with a vehicle with these high miles but this update is to say that the price and reliability I got from Bill and this truck was worth every penny! Thanks again Bill I hope all is well!

Working with Bill became a nightmare. He's a typical used car dealer . Sold me a car that has been plauged with problems. First time it rained after my purchase, the sunroof leaked and ruined the headliner. After 5 attempts to fix it, it still leaks and now it whistles when driving. I've had a check engine light coming on and off for over a month with it being brought into the shop 4 times for a few days each time, leaving me without a way to work. The heater isn't working properly which is very inconvenient in upstate new york in January. I've filled a complaint with Attorney Generals office and we'll see what happens. DON'T BUY HERE!!!!
