After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. She is obviously knowledgeable and well-educated about what she does. All of my concerns and questions, she thoroughly addressed with kindness, patience, and detailed attention. I had a medication that was not covered by my insurance and one of their pharmacists (Brian) worked with me to give me discounts through coupons and to later work with my insurances to get it completely covered at a later date. Other then that, The stafe is always pleasant & willing to help... Prices are reasonable, For the few medications I get anyway... I would give 5 stars if they fix that message about medications being ready...”

“Nathan and his staff are professional, courteous, and very helpful. If your medication needs prior authorization, they'll contact you prior and advise you. They even contacted my doctors office! They also text you to let you know your medications are ready and inquire if you'd prefer pick-up or delivery. Yes, they deliver right to your door at a convenient time as agreed. I will be transitioning my family medications as I appreciate the customer service and professionalism.
