“I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional.
One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient.
There should be manager training for these matters so that no one suffers public embarrassment.

After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. She is obviously knowledgeable and well-educated about what she does. All of my concerns and questions, she thoroughly addressed with kindness, patience, and detailed attention. “This is the place for you if you need wic formulas. I get my WIC and prescription milk here, and they always have it ready fast. My baby is on Elecare, which is super hard to find, and after searching everywhere, the WIC office told me to come here. Ever since then, I’ve always been able to get it.
The store is clean, they have everything I need, and the staff is really friendly. Plus, they offer free delivery for WIC and prescriptions, which honestly saves me on so many days.”
