“We had such a wonderful weekend at this rustic cabin! The owners were absolutely fabulous—so kind and welcoming, they truly made us feel at home. The cabin was spotless and so cozy, with just the right rustic charm for a perfect little getaway. And the breakfast… wow! It was delicious and such a treat to wake up to each morning. We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the experience. Can’t wait to come back!”

“This was our first time staying at the Park since our honeymoon in 1985. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower hot. It's centrally located to everything we were doing in Tupper Lake that weekend and was perfect for the two of us. And the owner is one of the nicest ladies you'll meet. She has a lot on her plate but took the time to sit and talk with us for a bit.Nearby activities: The Wild Center, Adirondack RailroadFood & drinks: The Swiss Kitchen, P2's pub”
“We recently cycled the Adirondack Rail Trail from Lake Placid to Tupper Lake. Wanting to stay overnight and return to Lake Placid the following day, we made a one night reservation at the Faust Motel. Communication by hotel manager via email was excellent and provided all the information you needed prior to arriving. The motel is a short easy ride from the trail terminus. Our room was fairly priced and very clean. Everyone we interfaced with was friendly and helpful with the few questions we had. They have an additional building that serves as a lounge area on one end and is a fully functioning kitchen on the other. Coffee, fresh squeezed juice, yogurt and pastries were available in the morning. We found out that from July to mid-October they offer a take-out dinner Monday-Friday, but did not pay close enough attention the day we arrived, so we missed it. The motel is just a couple of doors down from the Raquette River Brewing Company, which has very good craft beer and several food trucks to grab something to eat. We plan on making this bike trip many more times and will not hesitate to book a room at the Faust Motel if they have availability.”
