“Although I received a confirmation email for my passport renewal, when I arrived, they said they didn't see an appointment for me. The rep was nice and assisted me anyway since they weren't busy. The entire process took about 15 minutes. I had a great experience renewing my passport at this location!”

“Big part of History at the Rhinebeck Post Office ? This is one of the Post Offices that was part of FDR's New Deal Program. Inside is beautiful and historic, contains historical facts from the area. If you are a history buff then you will love coming here, and FYI as a Postal Employee we are hiring!”

If you're not happy with the USPS in general, that's one thing. But the people who work here have made this feel like a small town post office and it's been nice to see many of the same staff members through the ups and downs of the past 6 years or so.
