“Excellent service; formerly ChemRX now under the Umbrella of PharMerica, still the same pharmacists that do their utmost to assist someone's medication concern, (whatever that may be). Currently calling takes a little bit longer, (phone number changed) since it is routed to a call center in Texas? then that person calls ChemRX and speaks to them while your on hold (at times more then 10-15 minutes, when calling initially, as well as when they call ChemRX), so I just tell the person at the call center that it would be much easier if I just speak to them myself, then the issue is often resolved. They still have a very good supply of medications, (one's that are currently on the FDA drug shortage website e.g. ADHD Schedual 2 meds in particular, as well as other controlled substances) when voicing your concern I have always been spoken to respectfully and they have done everything in their power to assist me in any way they can, (I'm specifically talking about ChemRX in Uniondale, NY), with all that being said, 5 stars, hands down.”
