“I've been going to this post office for years and Mary Ann (the Blonde lady) is always very helpful, efficient & friendly. As for other people's complaints about postal rates and late deliveries, I'm not sure why they would blame the postal clerk as she doesn't set the rates (she just gives you your options), nor does she deliver the packages herself (she just puts them into the system). So you should take out your frustrations elsewhere. I'd give Mary Ann 6 stars if I could!”
“Ever since the nice lady left around 7 years ago they have had constant staff turn over. As of lately the lady working here has been amazing and I'm happy to be getting mail in a timely manner again. Any issues in the last few month has been on the post office as a whole and not the local branch ( if that's the right term).”
“The most welcoming place in Vernon. We've had to pickup most of our packages here over the last year. Of all the lovely places we frequent in town, I have always felt most welcome here! “Personally, I’ve been treated good each of my visits here so I can’t account for some of these terrible experiences others have been presented to. The office clerks always greet with a friendly smile while answering all of my questions and concerns. My local mail carrier(s) always bring my packages to my doorstep with a smile whenever I’m present. So sorry for those of you with horrible past experiences but maybe the place is better now and some of those issues have hopefully been addressed.”

“I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”
