Today I had the absolute BEST car buying experience of my life! I have been emailing with Jenny a few times over the past several months and when I was ready she helped get the ball rolling. Her and Jim both had everything set up along with Nick in finance. I was able to come to the dealership and sign all the documents over my lunch break!! How much more convenient can you make this?! The only flaw was that I could not go for a joy ride, because I had to go back to work. A pretty fair trade off for not having to use a day off from work to purchase a vehicle. I told Jim as I left today, I will be seeing you in a few years! Frankly, if they made this experience hassle free, I can only imagine how fantastic a returning customer will be treated.
