Went to autozone on Genesee St in utica to buy a can of freeon to charge my air conditioner and had no idea what i was doing. The store manager Ben walked me through the whole process and was so helpful. He was so patient and understanding. He is a great manager!!!

Needed something specific, that I knew was in stock, staff said they don't carry it. Then I found it on the shelf without their help. Would give 5 stars, but let than knowledgeable employees ruined the experience.
