I was getting wipers for my Range Rover and apparently there’s only specific blades that match up. I went to the counter and Taryn was extremely helpful as she and another younger female associate looked up the vehicle on the computer, came out to check the wiper arm, and make sure I received the Bosch brand that fit. We went back inside, they opened up the packaging, took off the standard clip, put on the included attachment, and got my wipers all ready to install. They offered to come out and change the blades but I told them I could do it myself. I was pleased with the customer service and it was great seeing the teamwork between employees.

Just left this location after getting a read for my car. The big lady with glasses that provided me service was extremely rude from the moment I walked into the store. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor when in fact that’s not the case when you’re at work. I was very perplexed as to what the issue was. Fair enough, I got what I needed, just did not appreciate the attitude from y’all’s employee and her lackadaisical customer service skills. First and last time visiting.

Last night (Saturday, 2/17) during a white out, my nephew's battery died. After a jump from a neighbor, they were willing to put in a new battery just before closing, and were so kind and supportive. They've earned my business for the future!!

Came to the store to have a test ran to see why my Honda CRV isn't starting right away, was told it was a bad alternator. Bought the part from them and still had the same problem. Went back to let them know the problem still exists and was told I needed a battery. Guess what, my CRV is still doing the SAME thing! They don't care they will tell you whatever to take your money. Just go to a mechanic, lesson learned!

Not a fan. Staff was rude and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. You’re much better off googling car information and buying parts online. More accurate and less expensive & if you’re in a pinch, I’ve had much better experience at advanced auto. This location in particular I would avoid. I never plan on going back.
