“I've had an account for a year now and I really enjoy banking with M&T. I don’t often go inside the branch but when I have the Tellers have been very friendly and willing to help. I love the M&T app as it’s super fast and it is well designed. The only issue I encounter with M&T regularly is that the ATMs can be finicky with depositing cash. If I were to guess every 4 times I deposit cash it spits two or three bills out that are in perfect condition. If I go to a different ATM it will usually, accept the bills. While it's a minor inconvenience in the long run it does get frustrating. Otherwise, banking with M&T is a breeze. When I was younger I wasn't as responsible as I should have been with my bank accounts and I ended up bankless for a while. M&T giving me a second chance allowed me to regain financial confidence and has made life in 2022 so much easier.”
